Offering
to
You

God is the Center of our
lives.
It’s not
“things,” not money, not professional success
that we constantly choose to
keep as our focus. Even when
our broader society can’t
understand it, and even when
we struggle with the values
of our world, we choose to
keep God “front and center.”
Often, that’s where we rely
upon the support,
commitment, challenge and
witness of our Salvatorian
sisters and brothers in
community… plus, of course,
the grace of God!
We trust totally in God.
We call this “trust in
Divine Providence,” and even
when life is tough and
things get challenging, God
is there for us . . . loving us,
and loving everyone in the
world, into Life.
We are apostolic.
We
are filled with an energy,
an enthusiasm, an
“alive-ness” we call
“apostolic zeal.” It’s what
gets us going each morning,
and sustains us in living
fully committed lives.
It
touches our prayer, our time
together in community, our
ministry and service, our
play, and our contemplation.
We know that suffering is
real- we also know that
salvation- God’s saving
love- liberates.
We are part of the Body
of Christ, the Church.
Our commitment is to the
building up of the Church in
our world today, a world
that cries for salvation in
the voices of poverty,
oppression, war, suffering,
terrorism, and fear. We are
part of the witness that
continually shows our world
that God is present and
loving us even in the middle
of so many difficult
challenges.
